Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, required documentation, and necessary approvals to enable efficient service delivery. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may impact timelines and costs.
Clients must ensure that all content, materials, and instructions provided to DORAVARITH comply with applicable laws and do not infringe upon third-party rights. The client bears full responsibility for the legality and ownership of supplied materials.
Service fees are defined in written proposals, contracts, or invoices issued by DORAVARITH. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are payable within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue.
Late payments may incur additional fees or suspension of services. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. DORAVARITH reserves the right to adjust pricing for future services with prior notice.
Due to the customized and professional nature of our services, payments made for completed milestones or delivered work are non-refundable. If a project is canceled by the client before completion, fees will be calculated based on work performed up to the cancellation date.
Any approved refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days and issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DORAVARITH shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to doravarith.pro and are not responsible for technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
DORAVARITH reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a client breaches these Terms and Conditions, fails to make required payments, or engages in unlawful conduct. Clients may terminate services according to the notice periods defined in their agreement.
Upon termination, outstanding balances remain payable, and rights granted under these Terms will immediately cease unless otherwise agreed.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which DORAVARITH operates. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts within that jurisdiction.
